SUSHISAMBA hosted an Amazonia-inspired Carnival party to celebrate its third anniversary in London on the 38th floor of London’s Heron Tower with the iconic Grace Jones. Hotdog Productions supplied creative production, set design and fabrication, staging, lighting, audio and special effects for this event that transformed the restaurant into a canopy of biodegradable orange butterflies and multi-hued foliage.
The epic theatrical stage showcased a larger than life Brazilian masque with moving eyes, avant grade dancers, and a trio of lively monkeys provided by immersive cult entertainment. Highlights from the evening included an exhilarating performance by the legendary Grace Jone and to end the memorable night we fired 250,00 paper confetti butterflies into the crowd.
